Pioneering Revolving Engineering in the Balkans

The Varna Towers project, completed in 2009, features the first scenic revolving restaurant in Bulgaria, "Magnito." Located atop the eastern tower, this landmark project utilizes an advanced rotating mechanism designed and manufactured by Shenyang Weizhong Revolving Machinery Co., Ltd.

The 24-meter diameter platform is engineered with Weizhong's proprietary Pin-Gear Drive technology. This system provides a superior mechanical advantage for high-altitude scenic structures, ensuring absolute synchronization and a silent, vibration-free rotation. For a structure overlooking the Black Sea, mechanical reliability and resistance to atmospheric factors were paramount in our design process.

By implementing a high-precision circular moving structure, Weizhong enabled the architectural vision of Varna Towers to offer 360-degree panoramic views without compromising structural stability. Our engineering team handled the full technical lifecycle, including structural load analysis and precision drive alignment.

Since its commissioning, the Varna Towers revolving platform has served as a benchmark for Weizhong's expansion into the European market, demonstrating our capacity to deliver industrial-grade rotating machinery that meets rigorous international engineering standards.
